She completed Child and Adolescent Psychology Master’s Program at Leiden University in Netherlands, in 2008. She worked with children and adolescents who had behavioral problems using cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques in the Leiden University Graduate Programs.
During her one-year assistantship and internship in PSI Child and Family Counseling Center, she worked with children who had attention deficit problems, developmental delays, and language problems in their home environment.
She joined the PSI team in 2009 and, currently working with the children who has developmental delays, language problems, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
In her clinical work, she combines special education programs with the cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques. In addition to her clinical work, she had translated academic articles for the Turkish Journal of Psychiatry.
She is also the consultant psychologist for a children’s magazine and works on developing children’s’ books and board games.
